Can I See An Emergency Dentist on a Weekend or Bank Holiday?
Yes, we always do our best to offer emergency dental services on a weekend or bank holiday. We have multiple dentists in our practice and should be able to assist you.
If you call our main operating number, it will continue to ring and go to our out-of-hours service. You will be able to speak with one of our dentists to discuss your case and we can offer advice or arrange a time to see you at short notice.
Whether it is Good Friday or Bank Holiday Monday, we know that toothache doesn’t take a vacation. We will always do our best to get you seen and out of pain as soon as possible.
Professional Teeth Cleaning:
- Your dental hygienist will use specialized tools to remove plaque and tartar buildup
from your teeth, especially around the gumline and in hard-to-reach areas. - Ultrasonic or manual instruments may be used for thorough cleaning.
- Your teeth will be polished to remove surface stains and smooth the enamel, which helps prevent future plaque buildup.
Oral Hygiene Education:
- Your hygienist will provide personalized advice on brushing and flossing techniques.
- Recommendations for oral care products suited to your needs may be given including Tepes for your interdental cleaning needs.
Discussion and Next Steps:
- Your hygienist or therapist may discuss any findings and recommend follow-up care or treatment.
- They will advise you on how frequently you are recommended to see them
depending on your current oral health status
